Momentum Labs is a venture studio. We take ideas through a single pipeline: insight, prototype, product, distribution, company. Some of those ideas are ours. Some belong to the founders we partner with.
The studio exists because most good ideas do not die from a lack of ambition. They die from a lack of momentum: months lost between decision and shipped software, teams misaligned on what matters, technology that fights the product instead of carrying it.
Founder-led, by design
Momentum Labs is led by Divyum Bhumra, a product engineer with over seven years of experience building production software across healthcare, HR tech, edtech, fintech, and B2B SaaS. His work spans senior frontend engineering, product design, AI-native development, and product strategy: the full distance between an idea and a system real people rely on.
Before his technology career, he served as President of Rotaract Club Chandigarh Himalayan, helping grow the organization from a few hundred members to nearly nine hundred. Running large teams, developing new leaders, and organizing community initiatives taught a lesson the studio still runs on: the goal is not to do everything yourself, it is to build systems that let other people lead.
That combination of engineering depth and operating experience is why Momentum Labs is a studio rather than an agency. We do not hand off recommendations. We build, launch, and stay accountable for what happens next.
